Unify Technology, s.r.o. builds AI products with the discipline of production
engineering and the patience of long-term ownership — products people actually

### Crewship — open-source, self-hosted runtime for AI coding agents

AI coding agents running in real Linux containers on your own hardware, with
your own model keys. Your code and your data never leave your infrastructure.
Every crew of agents gets its own real Linux container it can install anything
into — driven by Claude Code, OpenCode, or a local model via Ollama — with a
company-grade control plane around the fleet: missions, scheduled routines,
role-based access control, audit logs, encrypted backups. Memory outlives the
model: switch providers and the agent keeps what it knew.

### Advine — AI for advertising

AI for the work in advertising that's stuck between what automation does well
and what humans want to do well. Advice on top of your own data — spreadsheets
woven into one live, EU-safe network.

## Principles

1. **Trust** — Customer's data, customer's call. Transparency over "trust me". Open source where possible.
2. **Usefulness** — If nobody uses it, it's not a product. Real users, real problems, real use.
3. **Efficiency** — Few things, finished properly. End-to-end ownership without spreading thin.

## How we work

1. **Identify** — Start with the problem; if we can't say where the pain is, we don't build.
2. **Architect** — Design before building; data flow, runtime, agents, deployment, failure modes.
3. **Build** — Ship in short loops; AI handles the routine, humans make the hard calls.
4. **Run** — We don't ship and walk away; operating is part of the build.
